Q: What takes place during the consultation?
A: During your consultation you will see the range of finishes that I offer- large 17"x22" samples for you to see and touch. We will discuss particular finishes that appeal to you and that may compliment your space. All finishes can be customised to the style and colors that you like, colors that will enhance the feeling of your home. Also during this time I will take measurements of your space.
Q: How do you determine the charge for your finishes?
A: Prices are by the square foot of wall space, depending on the finish and existing wall condition.
Molding and cabinetry are priced by the job.
Q: Can I see samples of my finish first?
A: Yes.There is a sample fee of $50 for
2-3 customised samples. These samples will be the finish and color you choose.This fee is deducted from the final payment upon completion.The samples will remain property of Unique Finishes and are non refundable.
Q: How long does the faux finishing take?
A: A typical full-room finish takes anywhere from 1-5 days depending on the finish and conditions.
